Gluten Free Peanut Butter Frosting

A luscious chocolate cake filled with rich dulce de leche (caramel), and topped enveloped in creamy peanut butter frosting. You'll appreciate the frosting recipe because you can easily adjust it to your liking. Just follow the easy tips provided. The Gluten Free Snicker's Cake contains most of the ingredients in a Snicker's Bar such as caramel, peanuts, and chocolate. The Snicker's lovers in your house will go crazy!

Gluten Free Chocolate Cake and Rich Chocolate Frosting

This is my version of Hershey's "Perfectly Chocolate" Chocolate Cake. This gluten free chocolate cake recipe, however, is moister. I knew it would be a very moist cake just by reading the recipe. That's the way my husband and I like our chocolate cake, rich and very moist! I told him that I was going to call this my chocolate mud cake, however, mud cakes are traditionally very gooey. If you like your cake with more of a crumb texture, just cut back on the oil in the recipe below. Enjoy! - and I wish you were here to help us eat this huge cake!
