"Kitchen Wisdom" Gluten Free Cookbook Review & Giveaway

Liz Conforti, the author of Kitchen Wisdom, sent me a copy of her cookbook to review. This self-published book is not a typical gluten free cookbook. It is filled with a combination of Southern Italian and Italian-American.

The author provides 40 gluten-free recipes that she converted from her traditional family recipes. She includes 15 full gluten recipes so that you may compare the traditional recipe with its gluten-free counterpart. This is a wonderful way to learn about gluten-free cooking.
