While presently it includes every gluten-free ingredient needed for my upcoming cookbook, Carla's Best 125 Gluten-Free Recipes, I plan on adding to it for future and present recipes. Therefore, just email me if you'd like me to add something that is included in a recipe on my site.

Gluten Free Ingredients Shopping

In your search for gluten free ingredients in the United States (some also in Canada), you may use this chart as a place to begin. It will surely save you a lot of time. All of the ingredients thus far may be used in my upcoming cookbook, Carla's Best 125 Gluten-Free Recipes. While the ingredients in the following chart are gluten free, it does not mean that all of them have not come in contact with gluten ingredients or products (cross-contact). If you are hypersensitive/highly intolerant to gluten, be sure to check with each manufacturer on whether a product is safe for you, and read labels thoroughly. I do my best to find safe ingredients for those who are intolerant to gluten including checking with manufacturers websites, call them, or email them; however, ingredients and manufacturing processes often change.
