Dear reader,

Every gluten-free dieter thinks these graham crackers are the best they've ever tasted compared to other recipes they've tried and commercial brands. Even gluten-eaters can't believe how flavorful they are and appreciate the gluten-like texture!

If you wish to use them for a graham cracker crust, there's no need to make, bake, and  crush them. You can do it all in the pie pan by adding additional butter. Check out that recipe as well.

The Best Gluten Free Graham Crackers

Looking for a great gluten free graham crackers recipe? Danna Korn and Connie Sarros, the authors of Gluten-Free Cooking For Dummies have already contributed a Gluten Free Honey Cinnamon Grahams recipe to this site, but I have had many requests for a more traditional gluten free graham crackers recipe using more traditional gluten free flours. And here it is! I've tried to address most of the dietary issues, however, these are not grain-free. I hope you enjoy these crunchy gluten free graham crackers as much as I did. They should be up for a good soak in a glass of milk, which many kids enjoy!

Instead of relying on commercially made graham crackers, you can whip up this gluten free graham cracker crust all in one step. Adding flax seed meal not only provides additional fiber and nutrition, but it makes this crust moist. The nutritional value is tri-fold: fiber, the same healing ingredient found in aloe vera, and omega 3s. Brown flax seeds are higher than the golden variety, but it's all up to you which one you use. Perhaps you'll find your favorite indulgence a little more guilt-free. Enjoy!
