Gluten Free Cinnamon Raisin Bread

A gluten free cinnamon raisin bread recipe that was mistaken for gluten free bread by a gluten-eater. The cinnamon is strong enough to notice and enjoy, which my husband loves. He now considers me making this bread the best news of the week. I make mine in my bread maker that has a gluten free setting, but you can bake it in the oven and even mix it by hand. Get this recipe now!

Gluten Free Scalloped Potatoes in a Crispy Breaded Cup using frozen hashbrowns

I made these last weekend and my husband and I thought we died and went to heaven...The creamy potatoes with their seasoned and crisp bread crumb coating is incredible. Ricotta Spinach Gluten Free Gnocchi

Today is National Cheese Lover's Day. So, I thought I would share my latest gluten free recipe with you that contains cheese. It doesn't contain everyday cheese, but ricotta cheese which looks a lot like cottage cheese, but smaller curds. However, you can use cottage cheese, if you prefer. I did. Homemade Hot Buttered Rum

Today is National Hot Buttered Rum Day. With the freezing temperatures so many states are experiencing, I thought some of you may enjoy a warm cocktail. Here's a classic hot buttered rum recipe that is naturally gluten free. Rum is derived from sugar. Just like coffee, you have the option of adding a bit of cream. I enjoy a cinnamon stick. The other day, I needed a fast, healthy, light lunch. I waited too long to eat lunch and didn't want to ruin my dinner...I found a fulfilling source of protein, oatmeal. Gluten Free Vegan Oatmeal Cookies

Nature's Path just came out with three flavors of their new Qi'a™ Superfoods Hot Oatmeal. Flavors include Creamy Coconut, Superseeds & Grains and Cinnamon Pumpkin Seed. I love the Superseeds & Grains and its crunch. It contains rolled oats instead of quick-cooking oats like so many brands. They asked me to create a recipe using my favorite flavor for their Pinterest Oatmeal Month (January) contest and here it is, a gluten free vegan oatmeal raisin cookies. Gluten Free Leek Bacon and 4-Cheese Quiche

I had some leeks in the frig that were crying out, "Use me before I go bad." You can make this gluten free quiche with crust. However, if you are watching your carbs, skip the crust and just oil the pie dish and bake the filling. The cream, bacon and cheese are low in carbs. The filling is incredibly moist and flavorful. I wanted to make bananas foster, which is a dessert served flambe-style (on fire). Unfortunately, I didn't find any gluten free banana liqueur. Therefore, I resorted to making my own. Allergen Free Dairy Free Gluten Free Mashed Potatoes

This gluten-free dairy-free mashed potatoes recipe is not only easy to make but are delicious; and is made completely allergen-free. They are made without dairy, casein, soy, nuts, or any of the eight major allergens. Instead of peeling the potatoes and cubing them, you boil them whole and the peel just slides off.
