Gluten Free Chocolate Marbled Cheesecake

In this recipe, I reversed my previous gluten free marble cheesecake in that the base is vanilla and the marbling is chocolate. I also used a different crust. You have to try it! You can also check out my Gluten Free Chocolate Mint Cheesecake with Vanilla Marbling (mint optional). Both are delicious! With this new one, you can also make cheesecake bars by using a square pan.

If you wish to make to make a plain cheesecake without using any graham crackers for the crust, see my Gluten Free Cheesecake Recipe with optional chocolate topping. Today's recipe is a Chocolate Cheesecake, layered with plain cheesecake and chocolate mint cheesecake, and then swirled with both on top. It looks gorgeous, yet is so easy to create this effect. I added the mint for a Christmas touch, but you can skip the mint all together, as it contains plenty of vanilla extract.

Gluten Free Eggnog Cheesecake with Chocolate Crust

I love my Eggnog Cheesecake recipe because you can do so much with it. Adding a chocolate cookie crust and chopped chocolate cookies and topping it with ganache, gives it an entire new look and flavor. The cheesecake itself doesn't taste like eggnog, but it's a wonderful way to use the little you have left. Enjoy!
