Dear reader,

I have been working on a cookbook, Carla's Best 125 Gluten-Free Recipes, for quite some time now. It's so close to being completed. However, I keep finding typos and such. I am currently having a third editor review it. As the recipes are completed, I am having additional recipe testers test each one and provide feedback.

I have a small group that has already begun. Some are repeat testers from last summer. If you'd like to join us on a Secret Facebook page, and choose which recipes you'd like to test as they become available, reply to this email. I will then send you a questionnaire. If chosen, you will need to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), scan it in, and return it to me via email. 

This is also a  way for people who cannot afford a membership to get access to the best recipes on the site.
