As you may already know, using brown rice pasta to make macaroni in advance doesn't work. The pasta becomes too hard in the refrigerator. However, there are some brands of pasta that work well. I found in paticular that I enjoy using.
One of my recipe testers decided to test out five different brands of gluten-free pasta containing similar as well as different ingredients. She shares her results in today's recipe.
