Amazing Gluten Free Wonton Wrappers + Recipes

If you are looking for gluten free wonton wrappers to make wonton soup, everyone raves about the easy to handle dough that I created to make Gluten Free Potstickers (appetizers). They’re wonderful! Meanwhile, you can just use my Gluten Free Wonton Soup Recipe.

Fried Gluten Free Wonton Wrappers

However, if you are in need of gluten free wonton wrappers for deep-frying, I suggest using something much easier. I use Three Ladies Rice Papers that can be found online at Amazon or other brands at Chinese Food Markets (be sure they’re gluten free).  While they are clear, you can just dip them in a batter which I use for crispy onion rings and they fry up nice and crisp. The actual rice paper remains chewy, just like real/gluten egg rolls do. It’s very yummy! However, you can also use fry the potsticker dough. It’s up to you how much time and effort you wish to put into the recipe and the results you are seeking.

Note that the potsticker dough may be made with or without egg. Just omit the egg, if desired. When frying the potsticker dough, preheat your oil to 375ºF and fry until brown.
