You may have already read my recipes using Cream Hill Estates certified gluten-free oat flour and oats: Gluten-free Oat Bread and Gluten-free Chewy Oatmeal Cookies. I was in Trader Joe’s the other day and wanted to treat myself to a gluten-free soda. I cannot tolerate Hansen’s, as it has too much carbonation for me. I reviewed their gluten-free list and discovered Trader Joe’s Refreshers, lightly carbonated beverage. I tried the pomegranate flavor and absolutely love it!
