Gluten Free Artichoke Dip, Sauce, or Soup + Video

Gluten Free Artichoke Dip Video Image

During the holidays, this gluten free artichoke dip is extremely popular.  However, it is perfect for any special occasion. The classic recipe usually calls for sour cream or cream cheese. Instead, I used a bechamel sauce (flour and butter) with onion instead. It makes for a very flavorful dip/sauce. I even added some cheese, cooked bacon, and omitted the traditional spinach. What veggies and/or meat will you use? Serve as a dip, over pasta as a sauce, or thin as desired for soup. Continue reading “Gluten Free Artichoke Dip, Sauce, or Soup + Video”

Soft Gluten Free Naan Pizza

Soft Gluten Free Naan Pizza

If you’ve already tried my Soft Gluten Free Naan (Indian flatbread), you know it’s pretty incredible. Gluten-eaters even swoon over it. If you enjoy multi-cultural food, you’ll love this mixture of naan and pizza toppings. I chose a mixture of chicken, cheese, and sauteed peppers, and omitted red sauce since I’m allergic to tomatoes. Use your favorite sauce and toppings. Enjoy! Continue reading “Soft Gluten Free Naan Pizza”

Arugula Salad with Grapes & Candied Pecans with Maple Vinaigrette

Arugula Grapea and Candied Pecan Salad with Maple Vinaigrette

I recently found a bunch of arugula growing in my garden that sprouted up from last year, I decided to make a salad to use it up. Well, I have found a new love, arugula salad! Arugula is slightly peppery. So, adding sweet grapes, red grapes for color, and a sweet and tangy salad dressing, really balances out the flavors. Then, when you throw in the three different textures, arugula, grapes, and candied pecans, you have yourself a sensation! Fried Gluten Free Macaroni and Cheese Balls

Take the American classic, mac and cheese, and turn it into a delicious and hearty appetizer that doesn’t need an oven, which is important during the holidays. You can get away with serving fewer appetizers when you have at least one that is hearty. However, they may just eat too many because they are so delicious! I provide you with your choice of two types of breading options. Continue reading “Fried Gluten Free Macaroni and Cheese Balls”

Gluten Free Loaded Quiche (Bacon)

Gluten Free Loaded Bacon Quiche

Similar to a loaded baked potato, this loaded gluten free quiche is a treasure trove of decadence. Bacon, caramelized onion, sauteed red peppers, cheddar cheese, and cream (or sour cream) make this quiche amazing. However, the flaky easy-to-make Gluten Free Cream Cheese Pastry Crust with its tender and flakiness is the shining star of this dish. However, it does not detract from its flavorful filling. Best Gluten Free Lentil Bacon Soup

Gluten Free Lentil Soup with Bacon

We recently had guests for several days who had food intolerances. The one who was not vegetarian tasted this gluten free lentil soup and said it was the best lentil soup she ever had and asked for a bowl. She normally doesn’t care for lentil soup. I hope you enjoy it just as much. It’s packed with double the flavor compared to my other lentil bacon soup recipe. Continue reading “Best Gluten Free Lentil Bacon Soup”

Gluten Free Cauliflower Pizza Crust (Low-Carb)

Flourless Gluten Free Cauliflower Pizza Crust

A member asked me for a gluten free cauliflower pizza crust. So, I finalized the one I have been working on. This pizza crust is low-carb as it does not contain flour. I added a secret ingredient that I’m sure you have in your pantry.  Just in case you don’t, I provide you with a basic substitute so that your pizza crust turns out fluffy instead of dense like others.
