I made this back in February when it was National Cream Cheese Brownie Day. I’m not making this up. Seriously! Such a day exists. However, I don’t need an excuse to combine two of my favorite foods, cream cheese and chocolate. Have the best of both worlds, gluten-free brownies with a simple cream cheese topping and swirls of chocolate on top. Continue reading “Gluten Free Cream Cheese Brownies”

Gluten Free Stuffed Zucchini Boats
hile you can serve single stuffed zucchini boats as an appetizer, you can also serve them as a main dish. However, my favorite way to utilize stuffed zucchini boats is to serve them along with some pasta and marinara sauce. Because marinara sauce is meatless, you have the meat and veggies covered with this stuffed sensation! It’s so easy to make. Be sure to read the Tips sections for a variation. Easy Gluten Free Cheese Souffle
Souffles tend to scare people because they’ve heard they fall often. There are tricks to creating the perfect souffle. Besides having the correct ratio of ingredients, you need something dry to coat the ramekin/container you bake it in, to which the egg mixture will adhere. In this case, I use flour; however, you can finely ground gluten free bread crumbs, if desired. So, don’t be intimidated. Meanwhile, enjoy this delicious gluten free cheese souffle. Spicy Gluten Free Truffles
Whether you are making my Traditional Gluten Free Truffle Recipe or the Sugar-Free Mashed Potato Truffle Recipe, this spicy seasoning is the perfect addition in which to roll them. My favorite gluten free chocolate is Dagoba’s Xocolatl. It contains chili powder. The combination of chili and chocolate is out of this world as are truffles rolled in a similar mixture. Layered Gluten Free Chocolate Mousse Cake
Straying away from the typical all-chocolate mousse cake, I created this layered gluten free chocolate mousse cake instead. I don’t know about you, but I like to have cake in my cake. If I wanted all mousse, I would simply make chocolate mousse. I don’t enjoy the typical triple chocolate mousse cake because it contains white chocolate, of which I am not a fan. It’s too sweet for my tastes buds. This recipe combines the best of both worlds, chocolate cake and chocolate mousse. That’s all I can say is, “Mmmmm!” Continue reading “Layered Gluten Free Chocolate Mousse Cake”
Gluten Free Chocolate Pasta Recipe (Sweet or Savory)
If you’ve visited Italy recently, you may have seen chocolate pasta. It is one of the latest gourmet delights. You do not even need a pasta machine to do so. Continue reading “Gluten Free Chocolate Pasta Recipe (Sweet or Savory)”
