Adding a little fruit or fruit puree, nuts, dried fruit, and cinnamon creates this delicious cream of rice cereal recipe. Of course, it’s all gluten free. The cereal alone is an excellent source of iron. You can also use cooked rice as a substitute. I know a few people who have tried replacing their cream of wheat with cream of rice and did not care for it, but this recipe is mind changer.

Where can I get cream of rice cereal?
Peg,
If you live in the United States almost all chain grocery stores carry it. I live on the West Coast and my sister purchased it from Safeway. Here is the link to it on Amazon.com – http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JMXRX6A/ref=as_li_qf_sp_asin_il_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B00JMXRX6A&linkCode=as2&tag=glufrerecbox-20&linkId=4RTBANQOWY2Q4UA7
