If a recipe calls for rapid rise yeast and you only have instant yeast you usually should use a little less than the specified amount. What made me question the type of yeast used was that the bread had whole on the outside, not just in the inside. However, using the full amount of the instant yeast worked out fine in rising.

I will make this bread again using a little less instant yeast and post an update soon.
