They have some very unique dishes including: Wild Caught Mahi Mahi, Pan Sauteed Salmon, BBQ Chopped Chicken, a number of salads and more!

I read that they will be adding PIZZA to the menu in June 29, 2011!

I wouldn't get excited yet, though. We are not sure how cross-contamination issues will be addressed. Most true gluten-free pizza bakers have a separate oven. We can't wait to find out more. We will add an additional comment here if we find out more.

I just received an email from someone who looked into it. They stated that they spoke to the manager of their local California Pizza Kitchen and was told that they have training sessions with the wait staff as to the importance of not cross contaminating, and that the chef is trained, too!

The gluten-free pizza is prepared in a separate location in the kitchen. The pizza is then placed on foil to cook, but in the same oven as a gluten pizza. The price is for a gluten-free pizza is the same as a regular pizza.

I heard from 2 others that the crust is good, though one mentioned it was more of a cracker crust, very thin.
