Country Gourmet in Sunnyvale, CA just added on a gluten-free menu! Can't wait to the visit the San Francisco Bay Area Peninsula to give it a try!
They are very aware of cross-contamination issues, as well! They just installed a dedicated pizza often for us gluten-free dieters!
Imagine, gluten-free bacon for breakfast! They just need to add some gluten-free bread to their menu! However, they do serve corn bread and corn tortillas.
Their breakfast and lunch menu is extensive, with 3 main entrees for dinner:
- Turkey meatballs with marina served over spinach and topped with cheese;
- Chicken breasts, bacon, baby carrots and potatoes; and
- Vegetable, chicken or prawn stir-fry.
Of course, they have 4 wonderful desserts including brownies made with almond flour and walnuts!
