GrillSmith Restaurant has joined forces with GIG (Gluten Intolerance Group of North America) and have launched their new gluten free menu which includes:

• Starters such as Grilled Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Voodoo Shrimp, and Caprese Stack (a tomato and cheese delight);
• Salads include: Southwest Shrimp, Bourbon Salmon, Napa Valley, Gorgonzola Steak Wedge, and more;
• Entrees include: the GrillSmith Burger, Fitness Grilled Chicken, Oak Barrel Salmon , Lemon Feta Chicken, and more;
• Steaks such as Chimichurri Steak, Filet Mignon, Center Cut Sirloin; and
• Desserts include Grand Marnier Crème Brûlée and Chocolate Decadence.

Locations are in:
• Brandon
• Carrolwood
• Countryside
• Lakeland
• Wesley Chapel
• South Tampa
