In-N-Out Burger provides protein/lettuce wrap burgers. When told that you have a gluten-intolerance, they have been known to change their gloves and wash their utensils.

I have also been told that the only thing fried in the oil used to fry their french fries is the french fries; nothing else; no gluten. Great thing to have - a safe gluten free fast food restaurant!

What has your experience been at In-N-Out Burger?
