I just heard that the chef at Terra Restaurant in Philadelphia really knows what he is doing! Though they do not have a gluten-free menu, their chef has gluten-free flours on hand and has trained his staff in gluten-free cooking and preparation.

The couple enjoyed 2 gluten-free courses, followed by white chocolate cake and ice cream! Yum!
