Post Gluten-free Crab Cakes Recipe

This recipe is compliments of "Crabcakes" on Facebook.

Please note that some sour creams, mainly "light" ones contain gluten. Please check all labels.

Ingredients:
16 oz. Canned crab
Corn - either 1 1/2 bags frozen or at least 12 ears of fresh
1 medium red onion, shredded
1 bunch cilantro
2 Tbs ground coriander
5 cloves fresh garlic
6 Eggs
1/4 Cup flour (you can also use brown rice flour and a bit of xanthan gum if you're GF)
Salt and Pepper
Oil to fry in.

Sauce:

Sour cream
Mayo
Lemon juice
horseradish
garlic salt

Directions:

Mix all crabcake ingredients in a bowl. Vary amounts to your taste or add in your own ingredients. Form into patties and fry in a bit of oil, just enough to cover the bottom of the pan. Mix the ingredients for the sauce and enjoy!
