Their flour blend was developed by 2 nutritionists and a foodie. They’ve been able to develop a gluten free flour which mimics the flavor and nutritional content of whole wheat flour. However, it has a bit of sweetness to it due to the coconut flour, which is a delight!

Gluten Free Bistro’s Pizza Dough Recipes

On the Dough Ball package you’ll find a recipe for New York Style Pizza, but you can watch their YouTube recipe videos for their New York Style and Chicago Style Pizza (Watch below.)

New York Style

My father was visiting when I made the New York Style Pizza. I used a premade basil pesto sauce, and used half mushrooms and cheese on half and the other half plain cheese. (See photo below). My father is a gluten eater, and my husband is sometimes a gluten eater. Everyone loved it. And my father didn’t make any comments as he sometimes does when eating gluten-free food he doesn’t care for. He said it was delicious! Now that says more than anything else.

Note: If you are hyper-sensitive to trace amounts of gluten, do not consume mushrooms. They are often grown on wheat though they usually test well below 20 parts per million.

Chicago Style Pizza

When I made my Chicago-Style Pizza, I used my Gluten Free Taco Pizza Recipe for the toppings. (See photo below). My husband and I loved it! Being that it was a deep dish pizza, it went a long way, as it was very filling. I’d recommend this recipe and the pizza dough to anyone.

  1. I would love to be entered in this drawing because one of the biggest things I miss since I went gluten free is a good pizza. I’ve been trying different things out there and found a few I really like but still looking for one thats amazing. You make this sound really good! Thanks!

  2. I have been following and repinning a lot of really good recipes! I have “liked” your page and the Bistro Pizza page! Your recipes are the best! Thanks, Carla!

  3. Please entered me the giveaway. My 15 year old son who has celiac disease would love to try your pizza!

  4. I would love to win this pizza dough and be able to eat a pizza that looks and tastes as yummy as the one my husband is eating! I really miss “real” pizza, those pictures look how I remember “real” pizza tasting. :)

  5. I would adore winning this product because not only do I suffer from celiac disease, my daughter has a severe form of lactose intolerance which makes cooking ‘normal’ toddler food complicated. From the research I did online, this dough can be used in all sorts of food that would let both of us enjoy out favorite treats!!!!! Pizza AND bagels, YES PLEASE!!!

  6. Oh yummy. I haven’t had pizza since going gluten free earlier this year. I would totally love this. I am to afraid to venture out in the baking.

  7. I’d like to enter this contest because I love pizza and miss the crunchy crust. I haven’t found an excellent crust yet. This one looks fantastic. I can’t wait to try it!

  8. I’m entering because I’d love to make My own super yummy Gluten free Pizza on Pizza night instead of hiding from the family with my own food!

  9. Both my daughter and I have to eat gluten free; so it would be so nice to give my daughter a fun night making pizza :)

  10. I would love to try this! No stores in my area carry gluten free pizza dough balls and I want the option to make my crust thick or thin, and it has to taste yummy. I can’t frozen pizzas because of the dairy in the cheese, so I have to make my own. I’m the only one who eats gluten free in my house, so having premade pizza crusts/dough is definitely a plus.

  11. This pizza crust looks wonderful! I would love to try it! Doesn’t look like it is available near to where I live so I would definitely love to win this contest so we can try it!

  12. I would love to win, the only good gf pizza I have found is fresh brothers and it’s expensive!

  13. I have actually tried their pizza crust because they are from my home town. It truly is as you have described it! Amazing! Don’t feel like I am missing a thing!

  14. I would love to try these! Been trying to find a pizza crust that I can have that is good. I just liked your page on Facebook!

  15. I’d lot to be entered for this giveaway because I have tried many gluten free pizzas, and I still have not found a good crust. Too many are like crackers, or they are too soggy, and some just don’t taste good at all.

  16. I love to win this. It is new product for me and I am always scared to try different products.
