They test their products for several allergens, including gluten. The results have always been undetectable, less than 3 parts per million (ppm). They use a third party lab to test all of their products as well as their entire supply chain. They also use stringent manufacturing processes to bring you a safe gluten free product.

Gluten-Free Diet Support Benefits

GFDS has one strain of probiotics, Unique-IS-2 strain of Bacillus Coagulans. Each serving contains over 2 billion organisms. It is documented that Bacillus coagulans supports the immune system. Case studies also show the positive effects it has on irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and lower cholesterol. It functions well as an antimicrobial (fights fungi and bacteria) and improves the digestion of lactose. Bacillus Coagulans is also know for its ability to withstand high temperatures; and we all are aware that are bodies are hot inside.

Vitamin B’s as well as the other minerals in this supplement provide energy and are the supplements you may be lacking when on a gluten free diet. Wheat-based food provide nutrients you do not find in many gluten free products. In addition, many people with celiac disease are deficient in these vitamins and minerals.

My Two Cents

While I have “probable” celiac disease (doctor suggests and I am also unwilling to go off my gluten free diet to get accurately tested) and other autoimmune disease, I already take many of the vitamins and minerals in this product. Therefore, it is something I suggest for others. I swear by probiotics. They have significantly improved my bloating and acid reflux symptoms. It would be so much simpler to take this product, but  I cannot due to a special medical protocol that I am currently on. Therefore, if you do not already take these vitamins and minerals, I highly recommend them (with your doctor approval, of course.)

Vitamin B’s alone handle emotional stress which causes stress on the body. Stressors to the body can be emotional, food that aggravates it, lack of sleep, and so much more. Vitamin B’s get eaten up quickly by all of the above as well as alcohol. If you have nerve damage due to any condition, Vitamin B’s are also useful. I know many individuals that take them for fibromyalgia, diabetes, and  multiple sclerosis.

Note that Vitamin B’s are water soluable which means your body rids itself of what it doesn’t need.

With the above said, I believe this product would make a wonderful celiac supplement as well as for other conditions.
