I was invited to help the Yahoo Group, “Gluten Free in Fresno” (glutenfreefresno), which will now meet at Whole Foods in Fresno beginning some time in January 2011.
Our meetings will be monthly on a Wednesday evening. Our first meeting will be a “get to know” meeting, getting to know what is needed and wanted from each member and to get to know each other. I will also be giving a cooking demonstration and will be the guest speaker for the first event.
If you live in the Fresno area, please feel free to join us. I will keep you updated here on specific dates and times when they are finalized with Whole Foods; or sign up for my newsletter at the top left corner of the Home Page.

The meeting should last about 1 hour 30 minutes, including the cooking demonstration.
Whole Foods request that you do not bring your dinner or any food with you.
