Gluten-free Giveaway and Review: Mediterranean Snack Foods Lentil Chips

What can I say in a review about Mediterranean Snack Food Company’s Baked Lentil Chips? – not much, accept they are gluten-free and I am addicted to the Sea Salt Cracked Pepper! Perhaps it’s the spiciness of this chip which causes me to not stop eating them. Not all flavors are spicy, though.  Thank goodness they only sent me one bag of the Cracked Pepper! The scale would tell on me! However, they are baked, not fried, with only 110 calories for 22 chips and the chips are pretty thick, like corn chips! So, enjoy!

Currently the flavors of their lentil chips are Sea Salt, Sea Salt Cracked Pepper and Cucumber Dill.  New Lentil Chip flavors are coming this spring! – Rosemary Olive Oil, Parmesan Garlic, and Roasted Red Pepper. Those sound wonderful, don’t they?

  1. These chips are everything I’ve ever wanted to try and more. their ingredients look so great and the company has great values/mission. I would LOVE to share them (and your blog) with all my college friends if they arrived at my doorstep

  2. I would like to win because I am fairly new to actually understanding my celiace disease. I found out during my early 20’s and didn’t really take it seriously…now I do, but I’m basically starting from scratch. I love lentil beans so these sound really good. They would also be easy to throw in my backpack for school at night!

  3. Would love to enter as these look really good! I always feel guilty about giving my kids chips, but I’d feel good about passing these to them!

  4. I have been looking for a GOOD TASTING, Healthy, and Gluten Free chip for a long time and I finally found it! I love the Cucumber Dill lentil chip. I haven’t tried the other ones yet.

Please enter me in the Gluten Free Giveaway. I would love to try the other flavors but they didn’t carry them in my local store.

  5. I am entering this contest. I have been gluten free for about two years now. One of the few prepackaged foods that I usually have on hand is chips. I also love the idea of lentil chips as I really love lentil soups. I really miss Indian food, which is very hard to find gluten free, and wonderful lentil dishes are part of what I miss.

  6. I would love to win this contest for several reasons. GF food is expensive – so winning would help with the budget and I love lentils and snack foods so this seems like a win-win. I like that they seem to be fairly low calorie wise so that will help with my goal to lose the 15 lbs. I gained from breaking my foot!
