  • Kraft offers a long list of gluten free salad dressings. They are one of the major manufacturers that label all gluten-containing ingredients. They not only label gluten as wheat, rye and barley, but also as oats.
  • Wishbone is another manufacturer that clearly labels all gluten-containing ingredients. They even expose the source of ingredients that contain common allergens such as “natural and artificial flavors (soy) and “maltodextrin (corn)”.
