Gluten Free Teriyaki Marinade

Gluten-Free Teriyaki Marinade

Yield: 1 1/4 cups, marinates meat to serve 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup GF soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in jar and shake vigorously to blend. Marinate beef or pork for at least 4 hours (or over-night), refrigerated. Marinate chicken for 4 hours. Cook as directed in your recipe.

    Oh yum. I love teriyaki, but the store bought ones are so overly sweet (not to mention unhealthy.) This homemade recipe looks nice.
