Another wonderful gluten free recipe by Carol Fenster! Whether you’re grilling, broiling, frying or stir-frying, this gluten free teriyaki marinade recipe will surely do! Making your own guarantees no cross-contamination of gluten, as well.
If you can’t find gluten-free teriyaki sauce in stores, make your own with this easy recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup GF soy sauce
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in jar and shake vigorously to blend. Marinate beef or pork for at least 4 hours (or over-night), refrigerated. Marinate chicken for 4 hours. Cook as directed in your recipe.
