Recently, I made a chicken dish with brown gravy that tasted like stuffing/dressing. My husband and I loved it! I made the same gluten free gravy for Thanksgiving. I used a combination of dry and fresh herbs, but you can use all of one or the other. However, the flavor of ground thyme is difficult to substitute.
