I’ve been craving French toast, and realized that I do not have a traditional gluten free French toast recipe on this site. I have a savory version and a make-ahead casserole version that I created using Udi’s bread. However, this time, I used my homemade gluten free oat bread recipe. It’s our favorite in our house. I hope you enjoy this recipe. It’s a higher in protein than most French toast you’ll find in restaurants.
