Recently, a member contacted me and shared that she was planning on making the Gluten Free Chocolate Cream Puff Recipe and filling them with cherry liqueur whipped cream. It sounded amazing! So, I got right on creating a recipe for Homemade Cherry Liqueur. I share below how I created the cherry liqueur whipped cream recipe. It is a powerhouse of cherry flavor with a little alcohol kick. Cherry Liqueur Whipped Cream
A delicious potently-flavored cherry liqueur whipped cream recipe that you can use to fill pastries, cream puffs, top ice cream, custard, cocktails.
- 1/2 cup organic heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon confectioner's sugar
- 2 tablespoons Homemade Cherry Liqueur
Add the cold cream to the bowl of your electric mixer. (If the mixing bowl is cold, it will stiffen faster.) Beat on high speed until it begins to thicken. Sprinkle in the confectioners' sugar and slowly pour in the cherry liqueur while the mixer continues to beat on high speed.
Transfer to a piping bag and pipe into pastries, on top of desserts, or on top of cocktails.
