Gluten Free Chicken Pasta Primavera
This gluten free chicken pasta primavera recipe is an easy, yet elegant and delicious dinner that your guests will believe you slaved over. Definitely a gourmet classic.
Ingredients:
- 1 recipe Gluten Free Chicken Alfredo
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/3 lb. button mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 head broccoli, stems removed, roughly chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat a skillet with oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the mushrooms and broccoli. Cook for about and cook, about 3 minutes. Transfer vegetables to a bowl and set aside.
- Make the Chicken Alfredo recipe according to instructions and toss the vegetables into the casserole. Garnish with scallions, chopped basil, or flat leaf parsley.
