Claire Kranz Banasiak – I tried many GF recipes and was disappointed, then I discovered Carla and her recipes. When looking for a recipe that is GF I always check Carla’s website as I can trust her recipes to turn out delicious, my gluten eating family never notices the lack of gluten, they just love the taste. My favorite thing about Carla is her flour substitutes, so much better than the ones you can buy. I use her flour mixture all the time and it never disappoints, never gummy, never grainy. Lynda (verified owner) – You might question why someone should pay for a gf site when so much info is available for free. I’ll tell you why: Carla gives you recipes that work each and every time, and they are great! My membership is worth every penny. Carla obviously tries and perfects every recipe on her website so the results are always wonderful. Additionally, she says what brands she uses, where ever possible, and also reviews other gf cookbooks (not her own). She thinks of everything, including alternate ingredients, to cover all the various allergies that often occur with gluten intolerance. I strongly recommend membership in this website!

Pam (verified owner) – Oh my gosh Carla… I continue to be amazed. The New York Pizza Crust recipe is absolutely fantastic! We made it for the first time tonight and I actually stuffed the crust with mozzarella and bacon. The results were “out of this world”! My 9-year-old grandson has been begging us to please order the new stuffed crust from Pizza Hut… after tasting this tonight, he said, “Pizza Hut has nothing on you MiMi!”  So thank you for a great recipe that made me look so good in my grandson’s eyes!

And tonight I made your recipe for White Bread in the Breadmaker… my grandson (who is a very picky gf bread eater ) told me it was THE BEST bread ever. She also lets you know what works and what does not, which processed products to trust (or not), and provides a lot of useful time-saving information. I strongly recommend purchasing this membership. I watch many GF recipe sites but all of them pale to what she has to offer. I would not hesitate to use any of her recipes. celiaccaren (verified owner) – I couldn’t live without these recipes. They mostly taste like gluten recipes, some better. My gluten friends and family enjoy them, too. I like it because they are easy to follow and have more instructions than you need sometimes. I like that Carla goes on and on and gives you choices of alternative ingredients (especially with my food allergies.) Plus, the substitutions list is extremely helpful. I highly recommend purchasing a membership.
