Gift giving? Be sure to use the recipient’s name. If you use their email address, they will receive notification immediately and will be able to change their password.     Thank you for designing this site with all this wonderful information. The recipes look fantastic and I can’t wait to try them.

    I appreciate all the work that you spent in doing all this, not only designing this website, but sharing all your knowledge in what you’ve learned and tried and cooked and experimented with, and the list goes on.

    It is a wealth of information and I appreciate it very much!

    BTW I was just diagnosed with an Esophagus Ulcer, so finding this site was truly a blessing!

    Oh my gosh Carla… I continue to be amazed. The New York Pizza Crust recipe is absolutely fantastic! We made it for the first time tonight and I actually stuffed the crust with mozzarella and bacon. The results were “out of this world”! My 9-year-old grandson has been begging us to please order the new stuffed crust from Pizza Hut… after tasting this tonight, he said, “Pizza Hut has nothing on you MiMi!” So thank you for a great recipe that made me look so good in my grandson’s eyes!

    You are amazing and I so appreciate your site. Had a cooking class this morning and boasted about your site. You have helped me so much. I share your site with the classes I teach.     I have read your site daily and rarely comment. But today I read your site and realized that over time you truly care for your cooking. You’re passionate and every recipe I have used has never failed. What an amazing cook! Thanks for making my creations what they are today. Where do you find the time and energy with your situation to create flaky light super dough?     Love, love, love your recipe box!!! I’ve tried several recipes and have not been disappointed. And tonight I made your recipe for White Bread in the Breadmaker… my grandson (who is a very picky gf bread eater ) told me it was THE BEST bread ever. It is the closest thing I’ve tasted to my grandmother’s homemade bread recipe that we were missing terribly. Thank you so much!

    You name a food and Carla has a wonderful gluten free recipe that recreates the wonderfulness that you remember from the original gluten-laden one. She has done all the work and all I have to do is gather the ingredients and put them together. From pastas to cakes, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, her recipes are tested and so very good. She also lets you know what works and what does not, which processed products to trust (or not), and provides a lot of useful time-saving information. I strongly recommend purchasing this membership. You will not be disappointed.

    I have to say, Carla – I don’t know how you can create such awesome recipes in your busy life, and dealing with health issues also! I am more than happy to pay the modest membership fee for ALL of the time, expense, & dedication you put into developing gluten free foods for us who don’t have the time or talent!     Your recipes always turn out right for me. I don’t have to worry about using expensive GF ingredients and have a flop. You have so many choices of dishes and ethnic foods with other allergies and intolerances noted. I’m very happy with the website – it’s cheaper than most cookbooks.

    Found it! I have been searching for a while where I could write a review and not giving up, I now have the opportunity to write it. I am a newbie and changing my life for the best. Carla has done amazing things with her recreation of loved recipes. I love the way Carla provides alternatives for gluten, dairy and soy free cooking. I love to experiment and add a twist to her already super recipes. She gives me inspiration to create and invent new ways as well. If her site was double the price, I’d pay it. It helps me help others. Thanks Carla.

    In the last few years I have become allergic or sensitive to a long list of my favorite foods. Carla has made cooking and dining a pleasure again as her recipes are well-tested and
    I can easily make substitutions for some ingredients. I have made her recipes into goodies that my family and friends adore and are shocked when I tell them the treats are gluten free, and dairy free. I have not found recipes and information like this that compares to Carla’s anywhere else on the internet.
    I highly recommend a subscription who want to feel they can eat like a “normal” person again. THANK YOU CARLA!!

    About a year ago I began working at a GF bakery. Being an experienced baker, I knew learning about new ingredients would be important. I turned to the internet and found Carla’s GF Recipe Box. Everything has turned out beautifully and I’ve gladly told customers about “the recipe box.” Because of those awful ads that seemed to multiply like maniacal rabbits, I had stopped using the site and missed it. Although, as with others writing in, I don’t enjoy paying to use websites I’m so glad I joined. This is a wonderful resource and I hope by writing a review, someone else will be able to benefit from Carla’s research and great recipes.

    Carla’s got the best recipes, all types of meals not just dinners or snacks, but every meal and snack option are covered. Everything I have tried so far has been loved even by people who don’t have to avoid gluten. Three cheers!

    When the website was free, I had a chance to make two yeast bread recipes and a cake. They were amazing!. I only followed step by step and the recipes worked out exactly as described. I like the yearly membership: pay once and then move on. Now instead of hunting recipes on the web and hope for the best, I come here. The comments at the end of each recipe page have been really useful for substitution ideas. I am thankful to all who share information there. When you want tried and true, you can trust Carla.

    I am busy at the moment so sticking with my throw together meals but wanted to still join now in anticipation of more time soon. The newsletters with the recipes are amazing and I am so looking forward to trying them. I read them and drool haha. They seem so easy to do and with the usual ingredients not exotic hard to find stuff. The recipes are making me want to explore cooking again very soon. Thank you

    I have been a part of Carla’s GF recipe box for years. When she had to switch to a membership service I did not hesitate to join. I watch many GF recipe sites but all of them pale to what she has to offer. I would not hesitate to use any of her recipes. She is my “GOTO” for recipes when I want something I have not had in a while that is not GF. She has not failed me yet it is always good and very close and many times better than I remember from my days before my diagnosis of CD. Carla thanks for all of your hard work you have made my life so much easier. Even my family that does not have to eat this way doesn’t mind it!

    I couldn’t live without these recipes. They mostly taste like gluten recipes, some better. My gluten friends and family enjoy them, too.
    I like it because they are easy to follow and have more instructions than you need sometimes. I like that Carla goes on and on and gives you choices of alternative ingredients (especially with my food allergies.) Plus, the substitutions list is extremely helpful.
    I highly recommend purchasing a membership.
