You may have seen my recent review the new cookbook, “Gluten-free Girl and the Chef”. Wiley Publishing was generous in sharing this gluten free pasta recipe with us from this incredible gluten-free cookbook. I love their pasta recipe because it allows you to substitute flours around your liking or allergies. It is also a great way to use up all the egg yolks I now have from making my gluten-free oat bread that my husband and I are addicted to. In addition, making your own pasta allows you to control the sodium content. I cannot wait to make this pasta myself! Enjoy!
