113.66-ounce can full-fat coconut milk (Thai Kitchen)
1small box Jell-O Instant Puddingyour choice of flavor
3tablespoonswateroptional
Instructions
Whisk together the coconut milk and instant pudding in a bowl. If desired, add 3 tablespoons water for a thinner consistency (as I did).
Cover and refrigerate. Serve immediately or once it is chilled. Use for fillings in cakes, cupcakes, cake topping, in a banana cream pie, for parfaits, and more.
