Recipe Questions: If you have a question about a particular recipe on this site, please leave a comment on that page so that everyone will learn. If the recipe is contributed by someone other than Carla, please visit their website, linked on that recipe page.
Product or Book Review and Giveaway: If you desire Carla to promote your product contact her using the form below and include the prerequisites of:
- Are your products tested at less than 20ppm? (mandatory) If so, how often do you test and do you test them and at what parts per million (ppm): 5 ppm, 10 ppm, or 20 ppm?
- Which products and flavors will be shipped for review?
- What are the exact prizes, and their total suggested retail value, not including shipping? (The new minimum is $60).
- Please include how many winners will receive the prizes listed above.
- Please include a list of ingredients or a link to same which may be copied and pasted.
- Do you wish to have the giveaway open to U.S. or U.S. and Canada (You will ship the prizes directly to the winner.)
- Are you willing to share the review/giveaway via social media? (mandatory)
- Please attach good quality photos of each of the products, preferably in .jpg or .png format. I will resize them as needed. If you send very large photos, please be sure that you receive an acknowledgement back, as very large emails often are not delivered.
Print Publications: If you would like Carla to write for your print publication please use the form below and supply a suggested subject matter, word range/limit, link to your website, and a preferred deadline date. Please include amount, time, and form of payment.
Recipe Development: If you would like Carla to develop recipes for your product or appliance, please use the form below and supply as much details as possible. She will send you a price estimate.
Cooking Demonstrations: Carla provides cooking demonstration classes to individuals and groups. She is located in Central California. Travel expenses are required plus her regular rate. Please inquiry by using the form below.
Blogging/Social Media/SEO/Wordpress: If you would like Carla to perform your blogging, social media or blog designing tasks, please use the form below and supply a link to your website, social media channels, and any other pertinent information.
