BOLD Organics Vegan and Gluten Free Pizza Review and Giveaway

February is all about love. And what do I love? BOLD Organics gluten free pizza! – and they make a vegan version, as well. It is dairy free and contains all organic ingredients. You may be thinking, “Dairy-free pizza?” Well, you haven’t tasted good cheese until you’ve tried BOLD Organics pizza. This may sound like a commercial, but it so true! They use Follow Your Heart vegan cheese on all of these pizzas. It actually stretches and melts very well. Their pizza ingredients tastes incredible, too. Why? Probably because they’re organic. Their pizza tastes so fresh! I know, so many exclamation points. That’s how excited I am about their products. They truly have something for everyone…meat lovers, veggie lovers, vegan, and deluxe. The Vegan and Gluten Free Pizza Crust

Their crust is thick, lightweight, and soft- incredible for a gluten free crust. Because I’m allergic to tomatoes I want to develop a recipe just like it so that I can make my own without the tomatoes. It has an excellent, yet unique texture. Last time I did a review and giveaway for BOLD my husband was the taste-tester, but it smelled and looked so good, I just had to have one taste! He’s had quite a few gluten free pizzas, and he said this was the best he’d ever had. I felt so jealous. He’s not 100% gluten free. So, that says a lot.

For those who like a crisp crust, bake it on a preheated pizza stone, or at least a preheated baking pan. BOLD suggests baking it on an oiled baking pan. No need to defrost these pizzas. They go straight from the freezer to the oven to your plate in only 22 minutes.
