Recently, I purchased some Crunchmaster Gluten-free Crackers. I love them! We had guests this weekend and I served a quick appetizer for those had not eaten lunch. I served some monterey jack cheese and Crunchmaster Original Multi-Seed Crackers. No one could tell they were gluten-free, but of course, I had to tell them after they ate them all! They were very crunchy, nutty and tasty!
Whole grain brown rice flour, sesame seeds, potato starch, safflower oil, quinoa seeds, resistant maltodextrin, flax seeds, amaranth seeds, chia seeds, tamari soy sauce powder (tamari soy sauce, (soy beans, salt), maltodextrin [corn], salt), salt. Contains soy.
Flax and chia provide are very high in Omega-3. Quinoa and amaranth are known as complete proteins (or whole proteins), meaning they contain a sufficient amount of all nine essential amino acids necessary for our diets. Among edible oil plants, sesame contains one of the highest levels of antioxidants. Lots of healthy ingredients, all in one cracker!
