Enjoy Life Double Chocolate Crunch Granola and Mega Chunks Review and Giveaway

If you are not familiar with Enjoy Life Foods, they are a manufacture of gluten free products. They are also completely allergy-free! All Enjoy Life foods are free of the eight most common allergens: gluten, wheat, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, soy, fish or shellfish. They are also free of casein, potato, sesame and sulfites. What more can one ask for?

Enjoy Life’s newest gluten free granola flavor is Double Chocolate Crunch Granola. I cannot tell you how addicting this stuff is! My husband and I gobbled most of it up as a snack, plain, without any milk. It’s not only crunchy, but very chocolaty! I did, however, try it in some milk, and it stays very crunch. If you’re big on avoiding anything soggy, than this is for you. However, my favorite way of consuming this granola is plain. Like I said, just addicting!

Ingredients:
Brown Rice Flakes, Chocolate Chips (Evaporated Cane Juice, Natural Chocolate Liquor (Non-Alcoholic), Non-Dairy Cocoa Butter), Evaporated Cane Juice, Brown Rice Syrup, Rice Bran, Rice Crisps (Rice Flour, Rice Bran, Raisin Juice Concentrate, Honey, Salt), Natural Process Cocoa Powder, Inulin (Chicory Root Fiber), Ground Flaxseed, Natural Chocolate Flavor, Honey, Vanilla, Expeller-Pressed Vegetable Oil (Safflower Oil and/or Sunflower Oil), Salt, Rosemary Extract

I must say, the Semi Sweet Mega Chunks have a very good flavor for being dairy-free. And to top it off they are allergy-free, as well! There’s nothing like making dessert bars filled with lots of mega chunks of chocolate – somewhat guilt-free!
