Gluten Free Blog Hits Over 100,000 Pageviews in Month of March!

Carla Spacher

I am so excited to announce that this gluten free blog, Gluten Free Recipe Box, reached over 100,000 pageviews for the month of March – 101,662 to be exact! I couldn’t have done it without my faithful readers, as well as Google searchers! Thank you so very much, not only for the pageviews, but for your support and encouragement. You may view more stats at the bottom of my About page.

UPDATE – February 19, 2014 – This blog now receives over 300,000 pageviews per month.

What do I owe my success to? Besides the development of gluten free recipes, my monthly contributors, other gluten free blogs sharing my recipes, and of course, my faithful readers, I owe much success to years of research, not only for the right ingredients, but for SEO (search engine optimization) answers.

I not only spend my time developing gluten free recipes and consulting businesses on gluten free, but I also consult on SEO and social media, mainly in the gluten free community.

If I had to do things over again on my own gluten free blog, for SEO purposes, I would do things differently, but it’s done now. My experience has enabled me to help others boost their blogs and make a difference in the gluten free community. And that’s what counts share so many of my gluten free recipes. I don’t make a fortune doing what I do, but I enjoy helping others at an affordable price. I’ve personally paid up to $125 per hour for SEO assistance in the past, and it didn’t help my blog at all.

Now that I finally made the time to work on my own blog I have been able to boost my own rankings. The change that I made mid March is what boosted my blog pageviews by 40% and dropped my bounce rate (only one single pageview from a visitor) from over 70% to under 2%. I like to help the little guys as well as the big ones. Consulting, is just a sideline, but research, recipe development and blogging are in my blood!

I don’t mean this to sound like a sales pitch, but just wish to let the new or struggling bloggers know that I’m here to help them, and at an affordable cost, for what may boom their blog.

What’s next? Next month’s pageviews are estimated at well over 120,000, as my pageviews as of mid March have been ranging between 3,700 and 5,200 per day. Just from March 15-31, I had over 73,000 pageveiws with a bounce rate of 1.12%. And I’m excited to see what new questions, requests, and recipes are in store.

Stay tune in, as I need to do something exciting to celebrate to thank you all. Perhaps a great giveaway? What would you want to see as a giveaway prize on this gluten free blog?
