The only difference between a traditional and a gluten free caesar salad is the brands of ingredients you use. I have listed some of the easy to find ingredients that you will need. The one thing about caesar salad dressing recipes are that they are forgiving. So, if you do not consider yourself much of a cook, this is a recipe you surely can make successfully. Traditionally, raw egg yolk is used in a casear salad dressing, however, the use of raw egg is now frowned upon due to salamina poisoning. Instead of raw egg, you may use the egg yolk from a hard boiled egg, or mayonnaise, as I did.
