  • I am new to this life style and I am always looking for good information and recipes and the Food Philosopher has some great information. I will be adding the Baking Classics and Bread Machine cookbooks to my wish list.

  • We love the fact that they when you go the Food Philosopher website you know you are getting valid information by a professional. You've got to listen to the video on inflammation! They also have many free recipes, which you do not see often from cookbook authors!

  • Many gluten-free whole foods and flours contain more fiber per serving or per cup than foods containing gluten and wheat or white flour.

The Health fact finder was very interesting to me. My doctor had said a lack of fiber was causing some of my gastro issues, but this contradicts that. I am looking forward to baking some of the recipes to see how they turn out. Hopefully the book will unlock some mystery doors regarding G free baking!

  • I was shocked about the strawberries! I'll only buy organic from now on! I'm also excited about the gnocci-I was just watching a cooking show and wishing I could have some and there it is!

  • What I really enjoy that there are two free recipes on how to make a savory harvest tart and a traditional pie crust. I will now try it out as I never baked anything gluten free and I miss gluten free baked goods :) *drool*

  • I find it interesting that most doctors dont attribute symptoms such as digestive problems, depression, rashes, mood swings, etc to the foods we are eating; instead give us medication that they think helps those symptoms when in reality they dont do anything but make us feel worse.

  • I am definitely going to try and listen in on this one. I have been interested in the "Gluten Free Bread Baking Classics for the Bread Machine" cookbook for a while, on my Amazon wish list since LAST Christmas. Therefore after seeing it on this guests website would love to get more info on this author : ) The information on healthy gluten free eating instead of just more info on how to make really bad for you GF desserts that taste just like their really bad for you counterparts also sounds like something I definitely need!

  • I found the info on strawberries and the links to hormone problems extremely interesting. I know it is important to buy organic but founds the stats here amazing.
