Gluten-free Giveaway and Review: “About Time”

I was sent a few bottles of Fill, Shake & Go gluten-free protein by About Time.  They have more than this one product, but Fill, Shake & Go is so unique!  It is protein powder in a plastic container which you just fill with either milk, milk substitute or water, shake and go!  It is 100% natural and sweetened with stevia.  About Time is also sponsoring a gluten-free giveaway by donating one of each of their 7 flavors of Fill, Shake & Go to one lucky winner!

This beverage is extremely convenient and light-weight!  I taste-tested 3 flavors.  The chocolate had a slight bitter taste, as other food items that contain stevia, but the vanilla tasted like a vanilla shake!  It was great!  Just knowing it is nutritious was my main concern.  Depending upon what you mix it with will determine the exact taste.   Mix with water or milk or even a milk substitute such as almond, soy, rice, coconut, etc.  Plain old water works well, too, especially while on the go!  I keep bottled water in my car and can just mix them right on the spot.
