I was fortunate to have been given the opportunity to review Jovial™ Brown Rice Pasta. They are gluten-free and taste wonderful! I like the taste better than the leading gluten-free brand and find the texture comparable. It is not mealy at all! Jovial™ pasta is a product of Italy. Say no more, right? Unfortunately, you cannot stop me here!
There are only 2 ingredients in their pasta: organic brown rice flour and water, and it made in a gluten-free facility and is certified gluten-free through GIG (Gluten Intolerance Group) of North America’s GFCO (Gluten Free Certification Organization) at under 10 ppm (parts per million) gluten.
I was spent their entire line of brown rice pasta:</>
Jovial™ is a great company! They are allergy friendly. Their products are made in a a dedicated facility free of gluten, casein, eggs, tree nuts and peanuts, however, their facility does process soy products. I also appreciate that they use only organic ingredients.
Jovial™ Brown Rice pasta is packaged in a carton made from recycled cardboard and comes with an inner bag, for extra freshness, that is certified biodegradable and made from FSC (The Forest Stewardship Council) certified wood pulp.
I found that the penne rigate cooks very fast, about 6-8 minutes.

I did do the share on Facebook.
I already liked the page on Facebook. That's how I found out about this promotion.
I would love to be entered for a chance to win because as a new gluten free dieter finding things that taste good and that I like are very complicated, especially when the food is so much in such a hard time.
I liked Gluten-Free Carla before this, that's how I was informed of this giveaway. I shared the link on Facebook and commented on Carla's pig in the blanket recipe (which I can't wait to try). I don't tweet so I've done all the 'extras' that I can. And my comment on entering is awaiting moderation. Thanks for your GF site - love to see so much new knowledge and awareness. :-)
My son has celiac disease and we have been gluten-free since 2000 - I am always interested in new products and compared to the early days of our gluten-free living - products have become much more numerous and much better. I know that Europe is way ahead of the USA in producing and accomodating gluten free living.I am a single mom on a very tight budget and would love the chance to make an Italian GF pasta for my son & I. That is why I would love to be entered in this giveaway. Good luck to all.
I love trying out new GF pastas so I would love to enter this drawing. I've already "liked" your GFCarla site... while I've found a number of them I've not found some of the shapes Jovial appears to have, particularly Cappelini!!! Angel hair pasta is one of my favorites for alfredo or pesto! Besides, winning would be a great birthday present! Thank you so much, Carla.
I love pasta!!!!!!!!! Could eat it 24/7. This has been my biggest change. Need to find delicious pasta. Jovial is it!!
All 6 steps have been taken...
Jason, thank you for entering, however, I need your Twitter and FB name to be able to verify everything. Good luck!
