Gluten-free Giveaway and Review: Beanitos Chips!

They do, however, warn us not to overeat them, as they do contain quite a bit of fiber, which can cause GI trouble.

In addition, their protein is a “complete protein” meaning it supplies your body with essential amino acids.

All Beanitos chips are gluten-free, wheat-free, soy-free and GMO-free. They contain over 600mg essential omega 3, certified low glycemic, high fiber, 4 grams complete protein, trans fat-free, cholesterol-free and kosher.

Beanitos Pinto Bean & Flax Chips

These are perfect for my husband and me. They are lower in sodium than many other chips, yet still packed with flavor! In addition, they contain lots of healthy flax, which lends a little nutty flavor. These are such a healthy choice for those salt cravings!
Ingredients: Whole Pinto Beans, Whole Brown Flax seeds, Whole Grain Rice (Brown and/or Long Grain White), Pure Sunflower Oil, Guar Bean Gum, Sea Salt.

Beanitos Pinto Bean and Flax Chips – Cheddar Cheese

These are my all-time favorites! They are not overly seasoned compared to other cheese flavored chips; and they have that flax nutty flavor! Since they contain tomato powder, and I am allergic to tomatoes, I cannot eat them often, but if I could, they would my first my first choice!

Ingredients:

Whole Pinto Beans, Whole Brown Flax seeds, Whole Grain Rice (Brown and/or Long Grain White), Pure Sunflower Oil, Cheese Powder [Cheddar Cheese (Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Whey, Buttermilk, Salt, Disodium Phosphate], Cheese Powder [Romano Cheese (Part-Skim Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Disodium Phosphate], Salt, Torula Yeast, Spices, Onion Powder, Tomato Powder, Garlic Powder, Less Than 2% of Lactic Acid, Citric Acid, Silicon Dioxide (Anti–Caking), Guar Bean Gum.

Beanitos Black Bean Chips

Also lower in sodium, these black bean chips are still packed with flavor! They have the salty taste of potato chips, but thicker and more satisfying!

Ingredients:

Whole Black Beans, Whole Grain Rice (Brown and/or Long Grain White), Pure Sunflower Oil, Bean Gum, Sea Salt.

Beanitos Black Bean Chipotel BBQ Chips

What a perfect combination! It has a very unique and wonderful flavor. It is like tasting barbecue chips, but more on the gourmet side! I love the bean and barbecue flavors together!

Ingredients:

Whole Black Beans, Whole Grain Rice (Brown and/or Long Grain White), Pure Sunflower Oil, Salt, Brown Sugar, Tomato Powder, Torula Yeast, Paprika, Sugar, Onion Powder, Chipotle Chili Peppers, Spices, Less Than 2% of Garlic Powder, Natural Smoke Flavor, Malic Acid, Citric Acid, Silicon Dioxide (Anti-Caking), Guar Bean Gum.
