Anna, though I haven’t used it in this recipe, but here is a dairy free sour cream recipe https://glutenfreerecipebox.com/gluten-free-dairy-free-sour-cream/. Please let us all know how it works in this recipe if you try it. However, as the recipe suggests, puréed tofu is the recommended dairy free substitute.
