Gluten Free Vegan Cereal Review and Giveaway by ChiaRezza!

While at the Natural Products Expo West trade show, I stumbled upon ChiaRezza!, the makers of an amazingly healthy and organic gluten free vegan cereal. They contain chia and hemp seeds, and a whole lot more! Not only are they gluten free, but certified by CSA (Celiac Sprue Association) for under 5 ppm (parts per million) gluten, certified vegan, certified Kosher, Non-GMO verified. In addition, their manufacturing lines are free of the top 8 allergens, as well as corn. The great part is that they are delicious, and extremely healthy for you!

I thought my favorite would be the Forbidden Fruit. It turns out my favorite is the Almighty Mago Goji flavor instead, as it is sweeter. I can imagine adding these to gluten free muffins, bread, yogurt, other hot cereals and more!

ChiaRezza! cerelas contain superseeds, superfruit, and superspices. Check out the simple and nutritional ingredients listed below.

INGREDIENTS & NUTRITION

Both flavors contain 6g Protein, 3g Omega 3, and 5g Fiber; good source of plant-based protein; no cholesterol; goo source of iron, calcium and zinc.

Forbidden Fruit

7 Simple Ingredients: organic chia seeds, organic hemp seeds, organic apples, organic raisins, organic buckwheat groats, organic cinnamon, and organic ginger.

Almighty Mango Goji

6 Simple Ingredients: organic chia seeds, organic hemp seeds, organic mangos, organic buckwheat groats, organic bananas, and organic goji berries.

All I had to was to shake up the bag to bring those tiny seeds to the top; pour in hot water (or milk – hemp milk would be awesome!); and allow to rest for 5 – 7 minutes.
