It’s gilling season, and a good gluten free barbecue sauce (cross-contamination free) may be hard to come by, especially a barbecue sauce without tomatoes (allergies). However, I enjoy my Gluten Free Barbecue Sauce Without Tomatoes. This time, since I had some homemade plum sauce already made, I thought it would make a great gluten free barbecue sauce substitute, along with other ingredients and a good steak rub. It came out wonderful! I’ll use it on broiled steaks, as well. I don’t know if I will ever make a plain steak again!
Tired of ketchup and bottled sauces full of chemicals? Try this gluten free barbecue sauce and steak rub for full-bodied flavored steaks.
