When you sign up for a membership on Carla’s Gluten Free Recipe Box, you agree to abide by the same U.S. copyright laws that are applicable for all written or published works. You agree to not republish or use in any manner, other than cooking in your personal kitchen or a commercial kitchen, any material on this website: words, images, logos, or anything else.
While Carla would love to refund your money if you are not satisfied, she prefers to avoid this altogether. Instead, please use the Contact Form to email or call her to ask any questions before purchasing. You may also check out Carla’s Facebook page where there are comments on photos and links from people who have tried some of the recipes.
You can view the recipe index to find out if there are any recipe categories in which you may be interested. It is an extensive list and includes recipes that avoid specific food intolerances. Currently, there are only a few sugar-free recipes. The majority are soy-free, which can be made soy-free using her Substitutions Page.
There are no refunds.

Transferring a Membership:
A membership may be transferred if given as a gift or inherited.
Your credit card or PayPal information is not stored on this website. The site is secure (https) so that your credit card information stays safe while you are entering it. Your financial information goes straight to the financial source. It is never stored on this site’s server.
Wilkins Publishers LLC is not responsible should someone commit an illegal act and hack/break into this website using any method and view your name, email address, mailing address (if you enter it on this site), or anything else you store on this site. Your password is kept encrypted, but who knows what technology hackers have/will create in the future. In no way is Wilkins Publishers legally or financially responsible for the above-listed information in the event of a crime. In 2018, additional security measures were added to this website such as a firewall and more.
You agree to be notified by Carla Spacher, representing Wilkins Publishers LLC about your account, changes in terms and conditions, recipes if you choose to remain in the automatic enrollment of the newsletter that is usually sent out 4 – 5 times per week.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your email address is correct when you first sign up to ensure that you receive the above information. You may update your account information on the My Account page which shows up as you login, but the newsletter subscription needs to be updated separately. You may either unsubscribe as well update your email address by using links at the bottom of any newsletter.

- Your email address, name, and other personal information are kept confidential.
- The only purpose your name and email address are used is when Carla sends out her newsletters or membership renewal email reminders. Carla is the only person who has access to this information within this company. Constant Contact is the software used for her newsletter. Constant Contact has their own privacy policies, which only refer to Carl’a contact information.
