FLAVORS, INGREDIENTS & REVIEW
Van’s Wholegrain Gluten Free Crackers:
Containing 16 grams of whole grains per serving these crackers are awesome! They are full-flavored. You know how you usually need cheese, dips, and more to add to crackers to provide the flavor? Well, you won’t need a thing to enjoy these crackers. And you would never know they are gluten free. My favorites are the Lots of Everything. They are savory and perfectly seasoned. I would have sworn they contain pepper from tasting them, but those little specs of black you see are poppy seeds. So yummy!

Van’s Whole Grain Gluten Free Cereals:
With 5 grams of fiber and a full serving of whole grains per serving, Van’s gluten free cereals are awesome. My favorite is the cinnamon. It is just lightly flavored with cinnamon. The Honey Nut Crunch is something I normally would need to add fresh fruit to enjoy, but I enjoyed these plain. Both cereals are made of tiny rectangles which I believe helps them stay crunchy longer.

Wholegrain Gluten Free Snack Bars:
These delicious bars contain 4 grams of fiber and 8-10 grams of whole grains. I wasn’t able to sample the Cranberry Almond, which I know I would have really enjoyed. While peanut butter snack bars are usually my least favorite bar, they were my favorite compared to the Chocolate Chip. Both bars are lightly flavored by their flavors and chewy. However the Peanut Butter and Chocolate ones are moist. I’m saving some for my husband, as that his favorite flavor in snack bars, but I don’t know I’m going to keep from eating them all. These bars are packed with whole grains and fiber, so much so, that I wouldn’t give it a second thought to give them to my grandkids. These are definitely a healthy choice.
